**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients upon arrival at the clinic.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist healthcare professionals with clinical procedures.
- Dispense medicines.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic.
- Handle tasks such as counting stock, ordering stock, and answering phone calls.
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary supplies are available.

**Qualifications**:

- SPM/Diploma in Healthcare Management, Nursing or any related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Friendly, patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings.

- Morning shift (7.45am-3pm), evening shift (2.45pm-10pm), full shift(7.45am-10pm)
- Rotational shifts
- 6 days of working days, 1 off day

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
