**Title**:Mechanical Technician

**Qualification**: SPM/MLVK or above

**Requirement**: 3-5 years of related experience
- **Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- To work on changing shift as per Duty Roster, or under instruction of Asst Manager/Manager.]
- Perform SAP work order for repairs, inspection and maintenance task.
- To maintain and service premise equipment and machinery according to Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
- To conduct plant rounding every shift and report any abnormalities.
- Respond to emergency breakdown in the plant.
- To ensure the maintenance workshop cleanliness according to the GMP standards.
- To ensure mechanical spare parts are recorded after used and do the stock take as assign.
- Prepare and record all the daily activities in the Daily log book.
- Work as a team to achieve targets and objectives set by department head.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Work extended hours on an on-call and/or overtime basis as required.
- Perform quality assurance inspection on all completed jobs, ensures conformance with Malaysian Standards, Mechanical Codes, OSHA, Lock-out-Tag-Out, Confined Spaces protocols, Material Safety Data Sheets, Engineering specifications, and other local, state and federal regulations.
- To investigate and trouble shoot system and equipment failure.
- To ensure all reconditioned equipment are recorded and stored in proper manner.
- To prepare plant shut down job list.
- To perform equipment filing system.
- To ensure availability of spare-parts, workshop gases and tools.
- Other production tasks that require his expertise by superiors.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
