E-commerce - Order Fulfilment Executive

Home to some of Kuala Lumpur’s most loved bakeries, restaurants and cafes, Kenny Hills Hospitality Group is all about food that is good for the soul alongside legendary service with 19 physical outlets across 10 brands. The expansion of E-Commerce department is also actively underway hence, we are currently seeking an Order Fulfilment Executive that is responsible for the overall order fulfilment process, which consists of handling point of sales inquiries, order processing, shipment and delivery of orders of KHHG food & beverage items to the customer.

The specifics will be handling all orders coming in from Shopify for all our brands. As an Order Fulfilment Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders from start to finish. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming orders, coordinating with various departments to fulfil orders accurately and on time, and resolving any issues that may arise throughout the order fulfilment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Processing: Receive, review, and process incoming customer orders through various channels such as
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure sufficient stock levels to fulfil customer

orders. Coordinate with the inventory team to replenish stock as needed.
- Order Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse staff, logistics teams, and other relevant departments to

coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders in a timely manner.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance

with customer specifications.
- Customer Communication: Communicate order status, shipping information, and any potential delays to

customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Address any order-related issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively, working closely

with internal teams and external partners as necessary to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of order transactions, inventory levels, and any

relevant documentation. Generate reports on order processing metrics as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the order fulfilment process, making

recommendations for process enhancements or automation where applicable.

Who we are looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Have at least 1- 2 years of experience in handling e-commerce orders end-to-end (eg: Shopee, Lazada,

preferably Shopify)
- Critical thinking & strong problem solving skills in ensuring smooth completion of order process from A to Z.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in Malay & English, with the ability to interact

professionally with customers and colleagues. (Bonus if can speak in Mandarin)
- Proficiency in using order management systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks

simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues and finding solutions especially handling

with riders.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
