Petaling Jaya, Malaysia LYS Distribution Sdn. Bhd. Full time

Supervising store front and e-commerce operations.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Tracking and coordinating the receive, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Monitor inventory level of all products.
- Manage fulfilment of e-commerce orders. Monitor orders packing, schedule pickup, drop off and delivery of orders.
- Ensuring orders are delivered to customers accurately to reduce fulfilment error.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/ STPM/ Diploma or any higher qualifications.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in retail or e-commerce store.
- Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment is preferred.
- Friendly and engaging personality, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of people.
- The capacity to handle pressure and solve problems in a calm and efficient manner, demonstrating patience in challenging situations.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating a cooperative attitude and promoting a harmonious work environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
