- Process pre-approval requests in accordance with required benchmarks
- Evaluate and gather all data for the claim. / Underwriting processes, prepare medical questionnaires and review all statuses and ensure efficient adjustment in claim / underwriting system
- Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time, and productivity benchmark
- Effective assessment of how the enhancement will affect claims / underwriting operation efficiency
- Suggest and implement workarounds before and after system implementation
- Follow-up on issues post-implementation
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the immediate manager in order to meet business requirements

**Requirement**:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate, Professional Degree in Medical Science, Bioscience background, Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Healthcare, or any science background.
- Language Proficiency in English, and **Mandarin** as this position is supporting for the **Hong Kong market** which mostly is Mandarin speakers. (Spoken and written)
- Customer oriented, self-motivated, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to adapt to the desk-bound working environment, working shifts including weekends on a rotation basis & able to work overtime beyond normal office hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,950.00 per month
