Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for process quality control, leading inspections to execute process quality control work.

2.Confirm on-site any quality abnormalities that occur, analyze them, and handle those that can be handled. Report those that cannot be handled;
3.Monitor and assess the performance of inspections; And continuously promote the improvement of their work performance.

4.The quality assurance supervisor is on a business trip and is responsible for overseeing factory inspections, arranging work, determining and handling non-conforming batches found during factory inspections, and issuing an Internal Quality Exception Form for disposal.

5.Assist the quality supervisor of the quality team in analyzing customer complaints, participating in handling them, supervising and inspecting the effective implementation of improvement measures.

6.Provide training on production line inspectors and quality team inspection guides, as well as practical operations, to enhance employees' job operation skills and familiarize them with job inspection standards.

7.Set the product inspection parameters of the comprehensive testing instrument for the ring-shaped three in one transformer on the computer; Responsible for setting up the voltage tester for the square two in one tester and ensuring compliance with the two in one test.

8.Cooperation in third-party audits, customer audits, and internal audit related matters.

9.Responsible for the statistics of process, inspection daily reports, and monthly reports.

**Requirements**:
1.Secondary school/High school or above, with 2 years or more relevant work experience.

2. Familiar with the structure and process of industrial control products

3. Familiar with the working principle, debugging, and use of conventional instruments in industrial control products.

4. ISO900114001, QC080000 system knowledge.

5. Proficient in commonly used office software, capable of statistical analysis of quality data.

6. Ability to identify raw material drawings, production drawings, work instructions, and process knowledge.

7. Training, management and communication skills.

8. Product anomaly handling capability.

9. Proficiency in English and Malay languages. Knowing Mandarin is an advantage,as this position needs to liaise with the counterparts of China.

10.Able to identify, assess and solve problem under pressure.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
