Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare tools and fixtures, hold morning meetings for operators, check personnel attendance, and check whether employee carefully check the contents of the work instructions.

2. Conduct random inspections from time to time and timely records of maintenance station reports, and check whether there is stacking of cables.

3. Prepare materials, tools, information, etc. according to the production plan to prepare for the next day's production; supervise, inspect and maintain to deal with defective products on the day.

1. Responsible for the positioning of each production station, and clear identification of materials, semi-finished products, finished products, etc.

2. Work skills training for employees.

3. Perform good job in on-site 6S management.

1. Responsible for organizing post employees to learn safety procedures and improve safety awareness.

2. During the production process, identify safety hazards and prevent safety accidents.

1. During the production process, employees strictly follow the work documents.

2. During the process, the identification and identification of defective products.

3. Acquisition is handled strictly in accordance with the acquisition process.

**Requirements**:
1.Secondary school/High school or above, with 2 years or more relevant work experience.

1. Correct work attitude.

2. Handle things fairly and impartially.

3. High sense of responsibility.

4. Pay attention to cultivating team members.

5.Certain communication and organizational skills.

6. The ability to judge and analyze abnormalities in the production process.

7. Familiar with the product process and have certain operational skills.

8. Proficiency in English and Malay languages. Knowing Mandarin is an advantage,as this position needs to liaise with the counterparts of China.

9.Able to identify, assess and solve problem under pressure.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
