About Our Client

What you'll be doing?
  • Develop sales strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve team and individual targets.
  • Lead the team: Guide and motivate your sales team to meet and exceed their goals.
  • Budget and forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance sales efforts.
  • Monitor performance: Track sales KPIs, success rates, and customer satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide training: Conduct ongoing training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience: 3-5 years working experience in the medical field, specifically in critical care.
  • Education: Degree or diploma in medicine or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, sales, and strategic planning skills.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Malay is preferred for effective communication.
  • Willingness to travel: Ability to travel within the Klang Valley area as required.
