**Duties**:
- Responsible for welcoming guest and assisting them with their luggage. Explaining to guest the facilities within their room, the hotel and arranging transportation.
To ensure guest satisfaction, anticipate and respond to requests promptly.
To ensure that all internal and external customers are treated with highest priority and respect.
To assist Assistant Guest Services Manager, Doorman and Airport Representative when required.
Responsible for the delivery service throughtout in a friendly and courteous manner.

**Requirements**:
- SPM Graduate
Pleasant and cheerful
Ability to take inintiative.
At least 1 year working experience in hotel.
Flexible and able to work as per hotel operational needs and requirements.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
