- Serve as the initial point of contact for service-related issues.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss service performance.

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about products/services and resolve concerns.
- **Order Processing and Coordination**:

- Act as the contact point for order processing and tracking.
- **Problem Solving and Critical Thinking**:

- Address and resolve customer issues, collaborating with other departments.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Perform quality checks and manage Service Improvement Programs.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain customer records and analyze service delivery reports.
- **Risk Management**:Identify and escalate risks in a timely manner.

**about you**:

- Degree in Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
- Basic knowledge in (Digital, Cloud, Networking, Security) and IT transformation Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is an 18 moths program and you will be rotated between Customer Service Associate and Local Delivery Associate role which the role holder will undergo a comprehensive development journey.
