Accounts & Admin Assistant/executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handle full set accounts, including overseeing account payable, account receivables, fixed assets and general ledger functions.
- Assisting with monthly and yearly closings, account analysis and supporting the Manager in carrying out the responsibilities of Account and Finance Department.
- To maintain cash book to take into account all receipts and payments make out from operating accounts and produce bank reconciliation.
- To make appropriate accruals and provisions in accordance with the relevant accounting standard.
- Process payment, filing and updating AP transaction. Match invoices to PO/DO and process data entry into the computer system.
- Liaise with auditors, tac agents, bankers, and other statutory bodies/authorities.
- May manage and maintain petty cash.
- Lead, mentor, manage and develop accounts assistant in your team.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be added advantage.
- Preferably with knowledge in accounting, finance, bookkeeping and proficient with Accounting ERP system.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and problem solving skills.
- Good teamwork attitude. Leadership skills are an added advantage for career advancement.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
