Responsible for day to day logistics and warehouse activities including inventory accuracy, stock availability, stock movement, verify outgoing part & quantity, material issuing, incoming material, maintain proper filing of all documents.

**Job Description:

1. To prepare PDIO Summary (picking list for KLB).

2. To coordinate and print out Picking List which issue by BDM & Production for storekeeper/store hand to prepare goods.

3. To check & confirm outgoing parts against Delivery Order/Picking List for each delivery.

4. Upon check, to sign at DO/Shipment.

5. To prepare Material Issue Slip to Production.

6. To prepare and update daily inventory movement report.

7. To enter all daily transaction into ERP system &doing shipment confirm.

8. To prepare Incoming Note for ECU parts (GS41), Transfer Note from MCT, MCT Shipment (TPLto Proton)

9. To prepare Incoming Note for daily incoming material/goods & print out FIFO sticker - send all related document to JB which request by JB staff.

10. To update poly box record, lorry & forklift service record and OML record.

11. To escalate any incident regarding packing/ logistics/ deliveries to higher hierarchical levels.

12. Responsible for the timely notification of any potentially dangerous situation regarding the stocks of materials (overstock or out of stock).

13. To maintain and ensure proper documents filing system are in place.

14. To ensure all department process meeting TS requirement and achieve KPI target.

15. Responsible for organizing, signalling, the order and cleanliness of all areas in office according to the 5S principles.

16. To carry out other tasks from the higher hierarchical levels.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM1,800.00 per month
