Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the facility ensure all operational objectives and tasks are completed on time, every time.
  • Ensure all incoming products are checked correctly and sign off with transporter / forwarder DO, update daily inbound report, truck & container details key in the share folder.
  • Arrange staff to segregate, checking and put away stocks. Stocks to be put away following the dedicated timeline following KPIs and process.
  • To check on any damages and communicate with Admin to raise Discrepancy report and email to customer.
  • To arrange for replenishment daily and follow up with operations.
  • To supervise picking, checking, and packing activity by Operations is being carried out accurately follow the process and perform random outbound picking and checking daily, to ensure correct number of carton and Delivery Order is being load to each truck.
  • To communicate with transport team regarding transport arrangement for daily operation and follow up on pallet return status.
  • To propose on improvements in Admin / Operations to increase efficiency in daily tasks.
  • Ensure all information write in count sheet before handover to admin or Inventory team.
  • To ensure all complaint received from customer are being investigated and reply within 24hrs and to come out with the best solution or corrective action.
  • Prepare checklist to update regular daily inspections of equipment and communicate with MHE supplier for any breakdown issue.
  • To assist in all warehouse audits relevant to Operations, ensure all documentations are being filed in a proper manner, attend trainings where it is necessary, and any other task being assigned to Supervisor by the Company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in warehouse / logistics / supply chain operations.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
