We are looking for enthusiastic, well-organised, hardworking and dedicated admin & finance assistant based in Cyberjaya to assist in day to day office management and operation.

**Your role**:

- Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions.
- Prepare daily and monthly report as required.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Keep records of invoices and tax payments.
- Handle and manage administrative systems, such as record management and storehub.
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Manage the transportation of goods from suppliers locally and abroad
- Coordinate the transportation of goods from the port/airport to the warehouse
- Proper inventory management and filing system
- Manage various e-commerce platforms/online systems used in the business.

Skills & Experience
- Possess good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Highly organised with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize accordingly in order to work accurately and to tight deadlines.
- Committed to provide a high standard of service to internal and external customers.
- Have good IT, analytical skills and a sound systematic approach to problem solving.
- Diploma or Degree in Management or Finance or Business Studies.
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in the same job function.
