Admin Finance Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Admin cum Finance.
**Office Management**:Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
**Data Entry and Record-Keeping**:Enter data accurately into relevant databases.
Maintain and update various records as required. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
**Petty Cash and Billing Handling**:Manage petty cash transactions, including disbursements and replenishments, also do the utilities bills record. Maintain accurate records of petty cash transactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative and finance roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
