**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinating and executing a range of marketing projects and events including product launches, conferences and other events.
- Ensure events and programs align/integrate with campaign goals. This may include: the strategic plan for event, communication plan, budget creation and approval, logístical planning - 3rd party vendor management
- Collaborate with key members of the management team to ensure the marketing approach operates in conjunction with developed strategies and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between vendors and the company for events and handle PR efforts for event promotion.
- Manage relationships with key distributor and their network.
- Take ownership and project management, from planning to execution.
- Stay on top of industry trends, keep abreast of competitors, emerging channels and strategies and bring fresh, creative thinking to execution.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3+ years experience in event management roles. Experience in multi-level marketing and Direct Sales industry preferred.
- Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under tight time-scales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Highly-detail oriented, organized, and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment with mínimal supervision
- Good negotiation, influencing, stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management in addition to excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel, as needed

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**
- RM2,800 - RM3,500 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS
- Other Benefits: Annual Leave + OT Allowance + Incentive + Annual Bonus + Company Trip + Training provided

**WORKING HOUR**:
Monday - Friday; 10.00am-6.00pm

**WORKING LOCATION**:
Lot 16, Jalan Kpb 3, Kawasan Perindustrian Budiman, 43200 Batu 9 Cheras, Selangor.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:
