SuamiSihat is seeking a skilled, organized Full Stack Accountant and Finance Executive to join our team and take charge of comprehensive accounting functions that drive efficient financial operations and support growth initiatives. - **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1) Accounting Management**:

- Oversee full set accounts, covering Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) using AutoCount software.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to support SuamiSihat’s financial health.
- Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting, offering valuable insights for strategic planning.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reconciliation of invoices, and efficient management of transactions for transparent and timely financial tracking.

**2) Financial Dashboards & Cost Control**:

- Build and manage tailored financial dashboards across C-suite, managerial, and staff levels with the support of IT and admin, giving real-time insights into Capex vs. Opex, cash flow, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Contribute to cost control by analyzing expenses, recommending budget adjustments, and optimizing resource use to keep finances aligned with growth goals.

**3) Reporting & Compliance**:

- Ensure timely reporting and compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax filings and SST returns.
- Manage audits by coordinating with external auditors and preparing essential documents to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- **QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in accounting and administrative roles, with a strong background in full set accounts and using AutoCount or similar software.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCount, with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
