Customer Service Admin. Officer

**Responsibility**:
- Deliver excellent face-to-face customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Provide excellent frontline service with professionalism.
- Provide administration support to Technical Dept and assist in Administrative Function and liaising with the principals.
**Requirement**:
- Share a positive attitude with fellow colleagues and be a team player.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
**Brief Company Background & Location**:
SEMS Services Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of a public listed company, together with its sister company Mobile Technic Sdn Bhd is one of the largest and leading independent handphone and multimedia equipment repair and service providers in Malaysia.
The office is only 5 mins walk away from the Taman Jaya LRT station.
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
