Customer Service Officer (Automotive)

Location: Kuching, Sarawak.

This role involves handling inquiries, coordinating service appointments, managing complaints, and supporting after-sales activities within the automotive environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between customers and the service department.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Coordinate and confirm service appointments and follow up on job progress.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in implementing customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company customer service standards and data protection policies.
  • Support promotional and after-sales activities when required.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years experience in customer service (preferably automotive industry).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
