Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consumer Service Officer based in Kuching. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing customer accounts, promoting financial products and services, and offering tailored financial solutions. The role also involves assisting in training customers on various banking services and promoting sales of banking products.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in customer service and the ability to handle customer inquiries and challenges professionally
  • Knowledge of financial products, banking operations, and industry-related services
  • Experience or skills in delivering training sessions to customers and colleagues
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to promote and offer banking products and services
  • A proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach
  • Relevant experience in banking or a related industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
