Task & Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries through phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client bookings efficiently.
- Maintain and organize client records and documentation.
- Support administrative tasks, including preparing invoices, updating databases, and filing.
- Assist in managing Qassehku Bridal's social media accounts by responding to comments/messages and updating content as needed.
- Ensure the bridal showroom is well-maintained and prepared for client visits.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless and memorable client experience.
- Attend to clients during fittings and provide assistance with bridal attire selections.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service, administration, or bridal services is a plus (but not mandatory).
- Passionate about the bridal industry and creating exceptional customer experiences.
