Task & Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries through phone, email, and social media platforms.
  2. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client bookings efficiently.
  3. Maintain and organize client records and documentation.
  4. Support administrative tasks, including preparing invoices, updating databases, and filing.
  5. Assist in managing Qassehku Bridal's social media accounts by responding to comments/messages and updating content as needed.
  6. Ensure the bridal showroom is well-maintained and prepared for client visits.
  7. Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless and memorable client experience.
  8. Attend to clients during fittings and provide assistance with bridal attire selections.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Prior experience in customer service, administration, or bridal services is a plus (but not mandatory).
  7. Passionate about the bridal industry and creating exceptional customer experiences.
