Façade Coordinator

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1 To oversee and coordinate the design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of building facades.

2 Design Co-ordination:

- To collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the facade design aligns with the overall building design and meets the required performance criteria.
- To review and analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents related to the facade.

3 Material and System Selection:
To Coordinate with Subcontractors and Consultants for Material Selection, Submission and obtaining approval.

4 Project Planning and Scheduling:

- To develop and maintain project schedules for facade design, fabrication, and installation.
- To monitor progress to ensure that the facade work stays on schedule and within budget.

5 Quality Assurance and Control:

- To implement quality control measures to ensure that the facade components meet the required standards.
- To conduct inspections and tests during fabrication and installation phases to identify and address potential issues.

6 Regulatory Compliance:

- To stay up to date on local building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to building facades by ensuring that facade designs and installations comply with all applicable codes and standards

7 Communication and Collaboration:

- To facilitate effective communication among project team members, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- To address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the design and construction phases.

8 Risk Management:

- To identify potential risks related to facade design, fabrication, and installation and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- To monitor and address any issues that may arise during the construction process.

9 Documentation:

- To maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all facade-related activities, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and project correspondence.

10 Post-Construction Maintenance:

- To develop and implement plans for the ongoing maintenance and repair of building facades after construction is complete.
- To collaborate with facility management teams to address any issues that may arise over time.

11 To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time

12 To undertake any other job function as assigned by superior and management from time to time.

j) **Standard of Reports**: Have the ability to produce reports which are timely, accurate and complete.

2 To carry out your duties & responsibilities diligently and honestly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
