Job description:

· Coordinates structural design development and assist in providing structural direction to projects.

· Performs all structural engineering work related to the project from initial planning of structural system(s) through detailed design and construction administration related to the structural system utilized.

· Assists on façade designs and details, providing advice on technical issues

· Ensures all Civil & Structural engineering work complies with statutory and regulatory requirements

· Provides high level technical support for all Civil and Structural engineering work as required.

· Supervises preparation of drawings, specifications and computerisation of models of structures for building contractors

· To develop and draw Façade shop drawing, concept drawing and fabrication drawing and get the client's approval

· Place emphasis on functionality, quality & cost efficiency and increase in house capabilities with continuous improvement as an effective solution provider.

· Design Coordination with China Design Team and other internal teams

· Collaborate with Architects, consultants and clients for design issues

· Report to Design Manager

Requirement:

· Experience in local Facade Construction, Familiar with Curtain Wall System, including unitized and stick type is preferred

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficient in using Auto-CAD

· Able to perform task under pressure and totally committed to follow through the tasks given within tight schedules

· Good problem solving and communication skills

· Willing to work for 5.5days / Alt Saturday.
