We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Key Account Executive (E-Commerce)** to manage and grow relationships with key marketplace and brand partners. This role is responsible for driving sales, optimizing online store performance, and executing strategic initiatives to enhance brand presence and revenue growth in the e-commerce space.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship with key brands under our portfolio.
- Resolving key client daily operation & orders processing on major e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.
- Monitor store performance, sales trends, and key metrics to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and account growth to plan strategically and execution to improve client’s e-commerce results.
- Managing communications between key clients, e-commerce platforms and internal teams ensure seamless operations.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
- Working and reporting during campaign and after-hours period.

**Preferred Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field preferred
- Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, business development, or similar fields of work.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on good **Excel skills** and business sense.
- Communication skill required, able to speak **English,**中文 _is an advantage_.
