We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support & Contract Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) or Contract Administration, who are passionate about supporting commercial and operational teams in a dynamic construction environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with CRM updates, proposal and quotation preparation, and general administrative coordination to improve efficiency and response time.
- ** Contract & Claims Assistance**: Support contract documentation, claim preparation, and ensure compliance with basic contractual obligations.
- ** Product Knowledge Support**: Understand Doka’s products and services and assist in conveying their value to clients.
- ** Order Coordination**: Respond to customer enquiries and assist in converting leads into confirmed orders.
- ** Credit Support**: Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to track outstanding payments and follow up as needed.
- ** CRM & Market Screening**: Ensure data accuracy in the CRM system and assist in identifying new project opportunities.
- ** Marketing Coordination**: Support local marketing activities and help ensure brand consistency in customer-facing initiatives.
- ** Sales Meetings & Team Events**: Assist with the preparation and coordination of internal sales meetings, team events, and presentations.
- ** Complaint Handling**: Log customer complaints into the designated complaint management system for follow-up and resolution.
- Perform **additional duties** as assigned by the manager.

**Qualifications**:
**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to support communication with a wider range of customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using or learning CRM systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who can collaborate across functions and with diverse colleagues

**Additional Advantages (not mandatory)**:

- Internship or project-based exposure in sales support, QS, or contract administration
- Familiarity with construction industry practices or tools
