- Make outbound calls or cold calls in order to sell products
- Upsells customers to larger products and more extensive packages
- Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
- Assist Sales Relationship Managers with arranging appointments / meetings with customers when necessary
- Receive inbound call from clients / prospective clients that are interested
- Uphold the quality of the sale by providing the client with all the relevant and adequate
- Build an instant rapport through effective communication
- Gather information by enquiring effectively and listening attentively

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year experience in telesales / telemarketing
- Experiences as telesales / telemarketing in automotive or insurance is added advantage
- Well versed speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to converse in Mandarin is added advantage
- Able to cope with rejections
- Be driven by commission.
