**Our Opening and Your Responsibilities**
- Management and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, CRM, BW, PO, CPI, ALM, SolMan etc.) on both on-premise and cloud platforms.
- Conduct regular system patches and upgrades.
- Support cloud transformation.
- Support SAP Roll-outs activities.
- Perform regular system health checks and monitoring to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Handle SAP system installations, configurations.
- Perform tuning activities to optimize system efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve performance issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies.
- Perform regular backups and restore activities as needed.
- Work closely with team members, other IT teams, developers, and business users to provide technical support and resolve issues.

**What You Need to Succeed**
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
- Proficient in managing and administration of SAP on-premise and cloud systems.
- Very strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver ECC & CRM & SAP HANA database.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP Platform or Cloud Applications (ALM, CPI) is a plus.
- Experience in system installations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and databases (HANA, Oracle, SQL, DB2).
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Certifications: SAP Basis or SAP HANA certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
