**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Administration**: Manage and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- **Performance Optimization**: Monitor system performance and implement tuning measures to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- **Security Management**: Implement and manage security policies, roles, and authorizations within the SAP environment.
- **Backup and Recovery**: Develop and execute backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SAP Basis and S/4HANA systems.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with functional teams, developers, and other stakeholders to support business processes and projects.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- **System Monitoring**: Implement and manage monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- **Disaster Recovery Planning**: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
- **Capacity Planning**: Conduct capacity planning to ensure the SAP environment can handle future growth and increased workloads.
- **User Support**: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff regarding SAP Basis and S/4HANA-related issues.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to SAP systems.
- **Automation**: Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline routine tasks and improve efficiency.
- **Change Management**: Manage changes to the SAP environment, including system enhancements, configuration changes, and new implementations.
- **Training**: Conduct training sessions for IT staff and end-users on SAP Basis and S/4HANA best practices and new features.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with at least 2 years focused on S/4HANA.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in SAP Basis, S/4HANA, HANA database, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- **Certifications**: SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration (SAP HANA) with SAP NetWeaver certification is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM16,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
