**Location**: _**Southbank Commercial**_, 179, Jln Klang Lama, 58100 Kuala Lumpur

**HR Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruitment and Onboarding 招聘与入职**

Assist in job posting, resume screening & interview scheduling 协助发布招聘信息、筛选简历及安排面试

Conduct new employee onboarding & orientation 安排新员工入职及培训

Prepare offer letters & employment contracts 准备聘书及雇佣合同

Handle exit process for resigning staff 处理员工离职手续

**2. Employee Relations 员工关系**

Respond to employee questions and concerns 回应员工问题与疑虑

Support in resolving staff conflicts and grievances 协助处理员工纠纷与申诉

Help organize celebrations (e.g., festivals, birthdays) 协助安排节日及生日庆祝活动

**3. Performance Management 绩效管理**

Assist with performance appraisal processes 协助执行绩效评估流程

Record and track employee performance 记录与追踪员工表现

Coordinate training and development activities 协助安排培训与发展计划

**4. HR Administration 人力资源行政**

Maintain accurate employee records and HR files 更新与维护员工资料及档案

Ensure compliance with labour laws 遵守劳工法律及条例

Manage staff benefits and HR-related documents 处理员工福利及人资文件

**5. Payroll Management 薪资管理**

Process payroll & statutory contributions accurately and timely 准时准确处理薪资及法定缴纳

Handle salary-related inquiries and resolve issues 解答薪资相关问题及处理差异

**Admin Responsibilities / 行政职责**

**1. Office & Facilities Management 办公室与设施管理**

Maintain cleanliness and order in the office 保持办公室整洁,营造良好工作环境

Manage office supplies and place orders 管理办公用品库存与采购

Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment 协调办公设备维修与维护

Handle car park, door access, security, courier, mailbox etc. 管理停车场、门禁、安全、邮寄与信箱等事务

**2. Administrative Support 行政支援**

Support management with admin tasks 协助管理层处理日常行政事务

Manage company legal matters like business license renewal 处理公司执照更新、MPKL事务等

**3. Document Management 文件管理**

Maintain and update records, passwords, and databases 更新与管理公司记录、密码与数据库

Ensure proper filing and safe storage of documents 妥善归档与保存重要文件

Handle confidential info with care 妥善处理机密信息

**Job Requirements / 职位要求**

Proficient in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia 精通中文、英文及马来文(书写与口语)

Team player, self-motivated, responsible 具备团队精神、积极主动、责任感强

Good communication & interpersonal skills 良好沟通与人际交往能力

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
