HR Manager

To oversee HR Department and maintain HR records.
- Plan & coordinate the manpower planning & recruitment to support operational requirements. Accommodate according to Company budget approval.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and labor regulations.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
- Conduct periodic reviews of HR processes and propose improvements.
- To prepare on-boarding procedures for new employees
- Handle disciplinary matters, staff counseling, grievance management, and employee relations in compliance with Malaysian Labour Law and Industrial Act.
- To be involved actively in employee engagement activities by organizing events for the company
- Coordinate Company equipment requests and distributions. (Events)
- Manage foreign worker-related matters such as FOMEMA medical check-ups, permit renewals, and hostel arrangements.
- Manage HRD Corp systems, training budgets, and ensure compliance with relevant processes
**Job Requirement**:
- **Experience in Retail Industry** is highly preferred.
- **4-5 years of proven experience** in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR operations and employee relations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
