Assistant EHS Manager

1) Assist EHS Manager in managing their respective branch department;
2) Lead EHS Engineer/ EHS Exec. to carry out the job given successfully;
3) Assist the team to carry out the job given in the shortage of manpower;
4) Review the result produce by the Lab Department or Raw Data by EHS team prior approved for reporting purposed;
5) Review the report produced by the EHS Reporting Analyst prior submission to the Customer;
6) Produce a template/report whenever required especially for certain high ranked project;
7) Assist and update EHS Coordinator in daily job planning;
8) Assist and update EHS Coordinator with the Consumable Inventory Status (Sampling);
9) Update and Manage the inventory status with the designated team;
10) Ensure all the records and documents produced to follow ISO requirement accordingly;
11) Produce/Create and documents all the SOPs, Forms and equipment to be maintain as per ISO requirement;
12) Plan and manage the budget for the existing inventory maintenance as per ISO requirement;
13) Future planning of new equipment that need for the growth of company within the budget given;
14) Assist EHS Manager or Lead the ISO audit by any parties in the absence of EHS Manager on behalf of the EHS Department;
15) Become the representative in the absence of EHS Manager during any meeting whenever requested;

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
