1. To lead the overall planning and implementation of construction and properties development activities. 2. Fully in charge assigned projects, i.e., construction of properties, from A-Z, to plan, design, manage, monitor and control the pre-development and post-development stage to meet the approved standard on quality, budgeting and cash flow projection, cost control, authority submission and approval, project management, CCC inspection and approval, vacant possession, final account, DLP and etc. 3. To attend and/or chair client-consultant meetings, technical coordination meeting, design workshop, site meetings, etc and maintain close, effectively liaise with the client, consultant, sub-contractors, suppliers, relevant government department and etc. 4. Prepare and Deliver progress reports, proposals, required relevant documentations and presentations. 5. Shortlisting of tenders, recommend award of contracts and evaluate contractor's performance. 6. Liaise with Consultant and Authorities and team from time to time during project period for timely approvals. 7. Prepare and monitor stage billings for completed works. 8. Monitor approved budgetary cost and variation order. 9. Prepare cost feasibility study for projects. 10. Assist the Marketing Department and working with design consultants to carry out property product Development. 11. To monitor and check on works-contractor claims including Variation Orders. Control Variation Order costs and ensure necessary approvals are obtained. 12. To monitor quality of works on site through frequent visits. 13. Target zero defects, where achievable. 14. Handling multi projects but not limited to one and multi tasks for the assigned job. 15. To carry out any other additional assignment/duties as directed by the Management. 16. Working Experience in Property Construction of 8 YEARS and above.
