**Key Responsibilities**
- Take charge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding. Develop and implement best practices to ensure an efficient and effective approach to talent assessment and acquisition.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to identify talent pipeline gaps and develop strategies to address them. Ensure alignment between organizational goals and talent needs.
- Create detailed job descriptions and structured interview questions tailored to various roles, ensuring consistency and quality in the hiring process.
- Develop and execute annual workforce planning initiatives, ensuring staffing levels meet organizational goals and budget requirements.
- Assess organizational training needs and manage capacity building efforts. Implement development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, or possess an equivalent qualification.
- Bring at least 4-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and talent management, with a focus on strategic and operational aspects.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with a passion for fostering teamwork and a people-centric approach.
- Independent, pro-active and confident communication skills with stakeholders.
- This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Pay: RM84,000.00 - RM108,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Identify, Design and implement learning programs: 4 years (preferred)
- End to End Recruitment: 4 years (preferred)
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: 4 years (preferred)
- Talent Management: 4 years (preferred)
