1.⁠ ⁠Daily Store Operations Management

Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations of the store, including opening/closing, cashiering, product display, and cleanliness.

Monitor sales performance and analyze store operation data to identify improvement opportunities.

Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and proper display with FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

2.⁠ ⁠Staff Management and Training

Handle staff scheduling, attendance tracking, task allocation, and performance evaluations.

Recruit and train new employees to enhance customer service quality and operational efficiency.

Foster a positive team environment and maintain high levels of staff motivation and retention.

3.⁠ ⁠Customer Service Management

Resolve customer complaints and handle feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Guide team members to deliver friendly, professional customer service.

Adjust product offerings and service strategies based on customer needs and preferences.

4.⁠ ⁠Sales and Promotion Execution

Implement promotional campaigns assigned by headquarters or regional managers to meet sales targets.

Ensure promotional materials (price tags, posters, POP displays) are correctly displayed and updated on time.

Motivate team members to engage in upselling and improve average transaction value.

5.⁠ ⁠Safety and Compliance

Ensure store operations comply with company policies and local regulations (e.g., fire safety, hygiene, labor laws).

Supervise cashiering procedures and cash handling to minimize loss and theft.

Respond promptly to emergencies such as power outages, theft, or customer disputes, and report to management as needed.

6.⁠ ⁠Communication and Coordination

Act as a communication bridge between the store and area managers/headquarters to relay policies, updates, and feedback.

Regularly report store performance, issues, and improvement plans to upper management.

Coordinate with external vendors for product deliveries and promotional material setup.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably with convenience store or supermarket management background.
- Familiarity with store operations, basic inventory control, and sales analysis.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills; able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
