We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in the printing and packaging industry. As a Sales Officer, you will be at the forefront of building lasting relationships with clients, promoting our innovative packaging solutions, and driving revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities**:
**- Identify and Develop Leads**: Prospect and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts to grow the client base.
**- Build Client Relationships**:Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
**- Understand Customer Needs**: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide customized printing and packaging solutions.
**- Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales goals
**- Prepare Quotations**: Draft proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
**- Negotiate & Close Deals**:Handle pricing discussions, negotiate terms, and close sales efficiently.
**- Coordinate with Internal Teams**: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly and on time.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the printing, packaging, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
