**1. Leasing Planning**
- Monitor rental market trends to support strategic leasing decisions and enhance overall mall performance.
- Identify potential leasable spaces including retail shops, kiosks, and office units to maximize rental income.
- Track tenant sales performance to recognize high and low performers, providing support where needed to optimize results.
- Contribute to the development and execution of leasing strategies and long-term plans.
- Recommend and allocate suitable lots for tenant relocations or expansions to improve the mall’s tenancy mix and boost sales.
- Negotiate and execute tenancy renewals with existing tenants, ensuring high occupancy levels and alignment with rental targets.
- Conduct regular market research to keep the mall’s tenancy mix competitive and relevant.

**2. Operations**
- Execute leasing strategies under the guidance of the Head of Department to ensure timely and effective space occupancy.
- Handle and resolve operational issues and tenant complaints for ground floor and office occupants by liaising with relevant departments.
- Coordinate with the Tenancy Administration team on issuing and renewing Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreements, and related documentation, ensuring procedural compliance.
- Collect monthly sales reports for tenant performance evaluation.
- Work closely with the Fit-Out and Building Services teams on tenant renovation, reinstatement, and operational setup, ensuring compliance and smooth coordination.
- Liaise with the Credit Control team on tenant account matters and assist in outstanding payment collection when necessary.
- Support the Advertising & Promotions Department in coordinating tenant promotional activities and marketing tool requests to ensure effective communication and execution.
- Provide guidance and support to the Tenancy Admin team when needed.
- Continuously enhance the mall's tenant mix and maintain strong tenant relationships to sustain healthy occupancy levels.

**3. Reporting & Administration**
- Prepare and update the quarterly NAPIC report.
- Manage and execute leasing-related documents such as CAPEX memos, approval forms, and handle tasks related to deposit collections and lot handovers, ensuring procedural compliance.
- Analyze tenant performance data, and prepare and process lease renewal approval documents in accordance with company procedures.
- Update occupancy reports for ground floor and office spaces on a quarterly basis.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional, or Master’s Degree in Property Management or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in mall leasing or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical ability to assess market trends and tenant performance.
- Experience in customer service and managing tenant relationships.

**Additional Information**
- **Salary Range**: Up to RM5,200.00
- **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- **Work Location**: The Curve, Mutiara Damansara
