Admin Customer Service

Handle daily administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers
- Assist in processing orders, payments, and follow-ups with clients
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare simple reports and assist with other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused and able to handle queries with patience and professionalism.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
