Job Description:

- Research and identify potential vendors.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Evaluate existing and new suppliers to determine their suitability.
- Negotiate contracts, terms of agreement, and pricing with suppliers.
- Maintain updated records of suppliers, delivery information, and invoices.
- Verify Purchase Requisition Forms and purchase invoices.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Review the quality of purchased products and coordinate with quality control to address any issues.
- Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
- Oversee the creation and management of purchase orders.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods and services with mínimal disruption to production.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with inventory staff to ensure proper storage.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
- Filing Document, Invoices that related.
- Prepare timely report that includes forecast, analytic data and statistics to management.

Qualification and Experience:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement/purchasing roles, with at least 2 years for Executive
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in Auto Count System.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good command in English and Mandarin as we need to deal with China vendors and suppliers.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and practices.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Buyer/Purchaser: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
