1. Coordinate all purchasing related tasks from sourcing suppliers as per the company policy, quotation enquiries, price negotiation, seeking approval from the management, raising purchase requisitions, issuance of purchase orders. 2. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for order confirmation and delivery status, as well as payment verification and status with stipulated dateline. 3. Contact vendors and suppliers in event of the needs of equipment servicing/defects. 4. In charge of annual orders as well as ad hoc purchases. 5. Liaise with vendors and suppliers complete with negotiation price, terms of payment, detail specification and others as when required. 6. Work closely with operations team of procurement requirement, faculties, and other department. 7. Working with the Admin Manager and other parties to ensure correct inventory of furniture, equipment and their correct allocation and purchase. 8. Strictly follow all rules and procedures of processing purchase request form by the requestor with stipulated processing days and time. 9. PRF- Comparison Price (3 Quotation)
