Trainer - Mandarin Speaker (Kuala Lumpur)

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-house training programs on Human Resource Management Systems.
- Analysing learning needs and formulating training strategies.
- Design curriculum, develop training material and execute training activities including but not limited to classroom facilitation and conducts course assessment.
- Analyses and reviews training feedback and evaluation for any improvement on each training program conducted.
- Handle full spectrum of training administration & liaison with internal & external training.
- Maintaining training facilities and equipment.
- Conduct enhancement trainings to clients.
- Perform User Assessment Test from user’s perspective.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

**Main Requirements**:

- Strong background and expertise as an HR generalist while also having in-depth knowledge and expertise in multiple HR specialties (e.g., compensation, benefits, employee relations, employment law, HR systems).
- Experience in academic training or lecturing, including curriculum design, facilitation, and student assessment.
- Confident in stand-up training, facilitation, and assessment, IT savvy and familiar with digitalized learning solutions, strong communication & interpersonal skills, and a passion for people development with a flair for training.
- Dedicated, committed, and positive working attitude, strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicants must be able to work in Q Sentral.
