Key Responsibilities:
1. **Filing and Document Management**

a) Organize and maintain physical and digital files systematically.

b) Assist with updating and managing data in the digital filing system (CMGT) and relevant spreadsheets.

c) To ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality.

2. **Clerical Support**

a) Perform routine clerical tasks such as photocopying, printing, scanning, and mailing documents.

b) Handle correspondence and assist with scheduling as required.

c) Assist with submission of documents for LHDN stamping.

d) Provide support during meetings, including assisting in preparing documents.

e) Assist with departmental projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
