**Job Responsibilties**:

- Facilitate the end-to-end process of re-examination and/or second opinion of medical reports
- The cases that's handed over to Medical Affairs for initial 1st vetting.
- Liaise with the specialist/person in charge on availability for appointments.
- Ensuring all appointments are done within 48 hours upon receiving the initial medical report from the legal firm ( depending on doctor's availability)
- Key in all the cases received into the appointment schedule.
- Perform regular follow up with legal firms and a panel of specialists.
- Scheduled appointments when required.
- Follow strict policies and procedures to maintain client confidentiality and keep data private.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or clerical functions.
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Capable of working independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Meticulous, dependable, and able to multitask while taking initiative to resolve problems proactively.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Positive attitude, approachable personality, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels. Eagerness to learn and grow is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

- driving license and have your own car to travel (required)
