Customer Service Executive

**Job Responsibilities**:
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service and accurate information.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess at least 1 year working experience in customer service industry
- Possess at least SPM. SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply
- Good Mandarin/ Cantonese communication skills to support Taiwan/ Hong Kong market
- Able to work on rotational shifts
