Front Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome customers, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Answering, screening, forwarding phone calls and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff members on timely basis.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain reception counter area and all common area in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Maintain office calendars and schedule updates as needed.
- Maintain the general office filing system.
- Assist Service / Account Department to filling
- Handle admin and daily operation activities
- Support and assist another department when necessary
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the superior / Management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma at any field
- 2 years of working experience in similar position
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed and good telephone etiquette
- Customer-oriented personality
- Positive working attitude and a good team player
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Glenmarie Industrial Park: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Office Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
