Front Office Assistant

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. To assist in the Front Office reception and general administration work.
2. To work closely with other staff & courtesy towards guest. Always project a positive warm image and welcome smile.
3. You are require to handle ABS 5.0 Cloud reservations, greeting to guests upon their arrival, to help to register them, dispense keycards and provide information to their respective rooms.
5. To have awareness in room occupancy and related rooms rates changes. It is important that you are accountable in the rooms reservation arrangement.
6. To handle inquiry, room occupancy and reservation arrangement.
7. Able to work independently.
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
