**Summary**

As a Rewards Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analysing rewards related data and HR metrics to generate insights for better decision making. You will also be the designated staff cost controller for HR, working closely with Finance to advise relevant department’s heads and CHRO. As a partner to stakeholders in HR and Finance, you will get plenty of opportunities to develop expertise through deep dives into specific issues while being exposed to various aspects of the HR function for a macro understanding of Company's efforts in creating a great workplace.
- Be the principal expert on headcount and staff cost management. While this is an area that requires regular monitoring from many angles, tangible outputs include Divisional cost dashboards and inputs to quarterly financial forecasts
- Create and periodically update HR’s People Dashboard to report on key people metrics to HR Management and other key stakeholders. Make recommendations based on insights
- Work closely with external consultants on annual market salary surveys. Analyze survey results, consolidate insights and identify areas that require alignment in internal salary structure and practices
- Involved in the planning and execution of Company’s Annual Rewards Cycle, works closely with HRBP to provide advise and knowledge to managers
- Prepare new hire salary proposals and provide recommendation to Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers
- Participate in other projects as and when assigned

**Merits**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in compiling and analyzing data and management reporting. This could be in any area, not just in HR.
- A basic understanding of financial accounting concepts.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
