Responsibilities:

- Deliver right product, right quality, right quantity, right truck, right destination, and right time to all customers.
- Manage pallet movement.
- Improve warehouse cleanliness as per the standard set by management.
- Assure Inventory movements and reconciliations are done accurately.
- Ensure operatives comply to SOP’s. SOPs are reviewed annually, or whenever necessary.
- Ensure safety standards are maintained and all safety-related incidents are dealt with according to company safety regulations standard procedures.
- Assist Warehouse Manager in strategic planning covering areas of productivity and cost control.
- Ensure consumables are replenished timely and facilities& equipment are in working order.
- Achieve all targeted objectives including productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Participate in Investigation Team of incidents, train and monitor workers to do improvements points.
- Reduce incidents of stock losses and damages.
- Ensure operations run within approved budget.
- Avoid unnecessary costs through continuous improvement works.
- Propose to the manager ways of reducing costs.
- Oversee daily manpower planning and manage overtime for all workers.
- Plan required training for warehouse operatives including multitasking.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year working experience in warehousing or related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently & work as a team, initiative and hardworking.
- Flexibility to commit to longer working hours if required.
- Good organizational skills and time management.
- Strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
- Computer literate and MS Office competent.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
