**Job Descriptions**:

- Welcome customers warmly, assist with scheduling service appointments, and accurately record vehicle information.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide clear, professional explanations of recommended repairs or maintenance.
- Obtain customer approval for additional work, and communicate service progress transparently.
- Prepare accurate cost and time estimates, and ensure smooth settlement of customer accounts.
- Monitor and ensure that all vehicles are completed and ready for delivery within the promised timeline.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all serviced vehicles before handover to customers.
- Support and participate in after-sales initiatives such as service campaigns, parts backorder follow-ups, and major job updates.
- Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times, reflecting the Toyota brand image.
- Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the management or immediate supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification**:SKM Level II** or **Diploma in Automotive Engineering** or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must possess own transport and a valid Class **D driving license**.
- Proficient in both **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia** (spoken and written).
- Able to commute to **Kota Kemuning** and work on a rotating duty schedule.
- **Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
