THE ROLE: (Brief summary of what you are looking for)
The Manager, Digital Data & Analytics is a vital role to ensure that we drive regional business growth with solid data insights as key enabler. As part of a team driving the digital transformation of our company, this role will be pivotal to ensure monetisation of data, traction, and uptake re. our digital products as well as continuous improvement.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: (Responsibilities and tasks associated with the job) *limit to 8-10 bullets
- Establish a Center of Excellence function for APAC re. digital data and analytics (governance, communications, stakeholder engagement)
- Partner with the Sales, Marketing and relevant internal teams to drive decision-making and monetization based on data and insights, and support the business ambition to move towards prescriptive, advanced analytics and insights
- Leverage data and insights to continuously improve our processes, technology usage, monetisation measures and highlight opportunities for improvement
- Carry out deep-dive analyses on how users behave on our digital assets using internally available tool-sets in order to identify opportunities for experience enhancements and increase in solution adoption
- Conduct analysis of commerce channel performance and attribution of customer journeys to optimise especially eCommerce efficiencies (incl. recommended marketing spend, opportunities to improve ROI and drive down redundant flows / processes)
- Ensure high quality of tagging implementation, insights generation, and metrics creation
- Drive continuous improvement by means of competitor benchmarking, adherence to best practices, and over-all improvement of our digital presence
WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM: (Give insight to the team dynamic and environment)
As Digital Data & Analytics Manager you will be part of a regional team that is responsible for the delivery of a new digital ecosystem (incl. products, processes, platforms) to the 14 markets within APAC. This new digital ecosystem (with Herbalife One as the main focus re. product and change) is aimed at significantly consolidating and improving the Distributor experience. As part of a cross-functional agile team, you will be instrumental in establishing eCommerce as a crucial sales
- and enablement channel by means of solid data insights, business-oriented analytics / metrics and insights relevant to business growth and digital product adoption.

Qualifications:
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: (List requirements, skills and experience needed for the job) *limit 6-7 bullets
- 5+ years of relevant IT and business / industry work experience
- Experience within a digital analytics role in an Agile working environment
- Hands-on acumen re. web analytics solutions, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Snowplow Analytics, AT Internet
- Understanding and proven experience of implementing and maintaining Adobe analytics is essential
- Working knowledge of data visualization software - e.g. Tableau, PowerBI
- Excellent stakeholder management with experience and ability to influence decisions
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent
- A degree and / or qualification pertinent to data & analytics field of expertise would be desirable
