Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate daily transport schedules.
- Ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations.
- Communicate with drivers and customers effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with BSM regulations regarding transportation and workplace safety.
- Take personal responsibility for HSE.
- Overall assist Supervisor in operation.
- Disclosure of any Toll related documents or information’s to any third party without management approval will be in violation of company rules & regulation and this will be a major misconduct.
- Assist the supervisor in achieving best achievable KPI standards as set for Linde account.
- Other duties as directed by Supervisor/Manager

Requirements:

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Transportation Systems and Management. Experience in logistics or transport planning is a plus.
- Analyze data to optimize routes and reduce costs.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operations.
- Ability to ensure compliance to applicable laws, guidelines, policies, procedures and practices.
